Q: How do I start a return?

Email support@sanovavitality.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.

Where do you ship?

Sanova Vitality currently ships to all 50 U.S. states.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Which products cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements, personal care products, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
